Refund Policy

No refunds two weeks prior to any IREM event.

Please note: Pre-registration is not required for ALL IREM events. If you didn't receive a confirmation email to confirm your reservation, then it’s not guaranteed. If the event sells out, then you will be placed on a waiting list. You will be allowed into the event as space allows.

Vendors who are not Industry Partners: 

While we appreciate your interest in IREM Denver, this event is only open to those who are Industry Partners and members of IREM or other property managers/property management teams. Should you purchase a ticket, your payment will be refunded minus a 20% admin fee.
